Requirements for tenants
Before we can sign you up to your property, the following documentations are required.
Proof of identity i.e. passport or driving license
- Proof of address:
(Bank Statements, phone bill, credit card statements or utility bills dated within the last 3 months) - Employees reference/wage slip(dated within the last 3 months)
- Previous agent/landlord reference
Once these have been verified we can agree a move in date and hand over the keys to your new home.
