Feedback and Improvements

HSD is committed to the welfare and care of its residents. We welcome any feedback and suggestions, good or bad that can improve our overall service. This gives you the chance to make suggestions regarding any part of our service.

Our Customers: residents living in accommodation provided by us

Our Clients: local authorities, NHS trusts, charities, housing associations, government supported organizations/departments and large commercial businesses

Our Staff: whose thoughts and opinions are important to us, as they are the hub on which we have built a successful service and are key to delivering an excellent service for the future.

We welcome any comments and suggestions that can have a positive impact on the way in which we deliver our service, this could include the following:

Comments and suggestions: thoughts and ideas regarding our current delivery and performance, or simple suggestions that just might lead onto greater things. Looking at ourselves from the inside is never enough.

Praise is always good for staff. Hearing that we are doing things right gives us the confidence to move forward.
